Allu Arjun tests positive for COVID-19
Our country is continuously battling the COVID-19 pandemic. Every possible effort is being made to overcome the predicament. As the new cases of COVID-19 infection are rising exponentially, the central and state governments are undertaking every possible course of action to defeat the pandemic. The deadly virus is spreading rapidly and it has also infected some of the biggest names of the country. South-Indian Superstar Allu Arjun is the latest name to be added to this list. This news has been made public by the actor himself through the micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
Allu Arjun acquainted his fans with his current situation by informing them that his COVID-19 report came positive. Further, he appealed to everyone who came in contact with him recently to get tested for the virus as soon as possible. He added that he is fine and asymptomatic. The actor also urged his fans to stay at home amid the challenging circumstances.
The South Cinema’s superstar made his debut with the film Gangotri in the year 2003. Significantly, Allu Arjun has won both the major awards of Indian Cinema i.e. Filmfare Award and the Nandi Award. The famous actor has delivered numerous super-hit films like Arya, Vedam and Julayi. The Tollywood fans are always excited and eager for his film’s release.
Talking about the actor’s personal life, Allu Arjun married Sneha Reddy on March 6, 2011. The couple has a son and a daughter. The pictures of their children often go viral on social media. Allu Arjun will soon be seen in Sukumar’s Pushpa. The film is slated to release on 13 August 2021. Rashmika Mandanna will be seen alongside Allu Arjun in this movie.
